WHO THIS IS FOR

If this sounds like you, we built this for you.

Tenants fighting landlords

Your security deposit. Your habitability rights. Your lease. Get an attorney to make them respond.

Employees facing HR alone

Wrongful termination. Retaliation. Discrimination. Stop getting pushed around without counsel.

Small business owners getting outlawyered

Contracts, vendor disputes, cease-and-desists. Level the playing field without a $500/hour retainer.

People dealing with insurance companies

Denied claims. Lowball offers. Bad faith delays. An attorney letter changes the conversation.

Anyone who wrote a legal document with AI

ChatGPT helped you draft it. Now make it real with a licensed attorney's signature and bar number.

Families navigating legal pressure

HOA fines. Neighbor disputes. Estate conflicts. Get representation without draining your savings.

Every day without legal backing is a day the other side gains ground. Deadlines expire. Statutes of limitation run. Opposing counsel doesn't wait for you to get organized.

You did everything right.

You researched the law. You found the statute. You drafted a clear, professional letter laying out exactly why you're owed what you're owed.

They didn't even read it.

Not because you were wrong. Because the first thing any landlord, HR department, insurance adjuster, or opposing attorney checks isn't your argument — it's whether you have a lawyer.

No bar number? No letterhead? No signature from a licensed professional?

It's not a legal document. It's a letter from a stranger.

That's the difference between being ignored and being taken seriously. Between a dispute that drags on for months and one that resolves in a week. Between hoping they respond and knowing they have to.

Counsel CoSign makes it a legal document.

A licensed attorney in your state reviews it, corrects what needs correcting, signs it with their name and bar number on real letterhead, and sends it certified mail. The other side doesn't see you. They see a lawyer. And lawyers get answers.

Where Does My Money Go?

What is the Platform Technology Fee?

The Platform Technology Fee is what you pay CounselCosign for technology, attorney matching, secure document handling, certified mail delivery, and platform services. Plans start at $49.99/mo. It is processed via Stripe and paid to CounselCosign, Inc.

What is the Attorney Review Fee?

The Attorney Review Fee is what you pay your attorney for their legal work — document review, corrections, signing, consultations, or representation. Starting at $150, it is processed via LawPay or IOLTA-compliant ACH and paid directly to your attorney. Attorneys set their own rates.

Why are there two charges?

Because they are two separate services from two separate entities. CounselCosign provides the technology platform. Your attorney provides the legal services. Two separate transactions, two separate payment processors — full transparency.

Who sets the attorney's rate?

The attorney. CounselCosign never sets, suggests, or caps attorney fees. Your attorney independently determines their own rate for every service.

Where does my money go?

Platform Technology Fee → CounselCosign, Inc. via Stripe. Attorney Review Fee → directly to your attorney via LawPay/IOLTA. These are two completely separate transactions.

Does CounselCosign take a cut of my attorney's fee?

No. Zero. Never. CounselCosign never touches, processes, or takes any portion of your attorney's fee. Your attorney fee goes 100% to your attorney through their own payment processor.

You have a deadline.
Your attorney is ready.

Every day without legal backing is a day the other side gains ground. Subscribe now and your attorney responds within 24 hours — or your Platform Technology Fee is refunded.
